Refund Policy

At Live31, we want our sponsors to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy, we'll work with you to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if benefits have not been activated. Within 14 days: 50% refund if partial benefits delivered. After 14 days: Case-by-case basis, which may include credit toward future sponsorship.

2. How to Request a Refund

Log in to your brand dashboard, navigate to Payments, click “Request Refund” on the relevant transaction, and provide a reason. Our team will review within 3-5 business days. Alternatively, email billing@live31.com.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Fully utilized sponsorship periods, completed custom content creation, merchandise costs after production begins, and promotional credits or discounted fees are not eligible for refunds.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive email confirmation, and sponsorship benefits will be deactivated upon approval.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current period. You continue to receive benefits for the remainder of the paid period. Request a refund separately if desired.

6. Service Interruptions

If our stream experiences significant downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to our technical issues, affected sponsors receive proportional credit toward the next billing period.

7. Disputes

Appeal refund decisions by emailing billing@live31.com with additional information. We will review within 5 business days and provide a final decision.
