1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Live31 website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Live31 provides a 24/7 live streaming platform showcasing wilderness camping, travel, and adventure content. We offer sponsorship packages to brands who wish to partner with us and gain visibility through our live streams and digital platforms.
3. Sponsorship Agreement
By purchasing a sponsorship package, you agree to the terms as described in the selected tier, providing accurate brand information and assets, that brand content does not violate any laws, and that Live31 reserves the right to reject inappropriate content. Sponsorship benefits begin after full payment is confirmed.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are due at the beginning of each sponsorship period. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply. Receipts are available in your brand dashboard.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Live31 is the property of Live31 or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws. Sponsors retain ownership of their brand assets and grant Live31 a limited license to use them for sponsorship fulfillment.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, submit false information, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, harvest personal information, or upload offensive or infringing content.
7. Limitation of Liability
Live31 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Stream Availability
While we strive for 24/7 streaming, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to weather, technical difficulties, or connectivity issues in remote locations.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Live31 reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or applicable courts.
